A structured audit of the Google Ads account across goals and tracking, ads, keywords, bidding and audiences, worked through centre by centre. You get a ranked action list with numbers against it, written so you can hand it to whoever ends up doing the work.
A full audit of the Google Ads account, run to the same structure we use on our enterprise accounts and worked through centre by centre.
Expect a ranked list with numbers against it rather than a deck. Where spend is going that it should not be, how budget lines up against vacancy across the centres, what the conversion data is actually counting, and what the landing pages are costing in Quality Score. Written so you can hand it to whoever ends up doing the work, us included.
Meta is priced separately below, and the ongoing management option is there if you would rather we carried out the recommendations than briefed someone else on them.
Six areas, worked in order. Each one opens with a performance summary and closes with the recommendations for that area, so you can read a single section on its own or take the whole account in sequence.
Checked first, because every recommendation about spend rests on the conversion data being right.
Whether the ads earn their impressions, and whether they say the same thing as the page behind them.
What the account is buying, what it is missing, and what it is paying for by accident.
The biggest single lever in a multi-centre account, and usually the least examined.
Enrolment is a long decision. Audiences are how you stay in front of a parent who is still deciding.
The part that only matters because there are many centres rather than one.
This stands on its own. The report is written so your team, or another agency, can carry out every recommendation without us. If you take the findings and run them in house, that is a clean outcome and the document is built for it. The management option below exists only if you would rather we did the work than briefed someone else on it.
One-time fixed fee. Nothing follows it unless you want it to.

You asked about the Google side, so that is what the main audit covers. This is worth adding if Meta is carrying real budget, because the two platforms usually double count the same enquiry and neither dashboard will tell you. If Meta is a small or dormant spend, skip it.

The audit produces a list of changes. Someone has to make them. This is the option where that someone is us, and where the account is rebuilt to the structure the audit recommends rather than patched. If you would rather run it internally, the audit is written to let you.
The dashboard is part of this rather than a line on top of it. Google Ads and GA4 pulled into one live view and split by centre, with Meta added to the view if you are running it, so answering "which centres are actually producing enquiries this month" does not mean opening three platforms and a spreadsheet. Pulling enrolment and vacancy figures in alongside the spend is the version worth having, because it turns cost per enquiry into cost per enrolment. Whether that connection is available depends on which childcare platform the group runs and what its API exposes, so we will confirm it before we promise it.
Paid directly to Google and Meta, never through us
We do not take a percentage of media spend and never will, so our advice to cut a campaign costs us nothing. The audit will almost certainly recommend moving spend between centres rather than adding to it, and it may recommend spending less. We would rather tell you that than sell you a bigger budget.
Two to four weeks, depending on how quickly access comes through and how much history the account carries. We will give you a firm delivery date once we are in and can see the size of it.
Read access to Google Ads, GA4 and Tag Manager. Goals and tracking checked first, then ads, keywords, bidding and audiences, then location structure and landing pages. Meta runs alongside it if the add-on is taken.
Written report and ranked action list delivered, then presented live with Brad and Robin. That is the engagement complete, and whether anything follows is a separate decision.
Access we will need. Read access to Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, plus Meta Business Manager if the add-on is taken. Read access is enough: we do not need to change anything to audit it, and we work in your accounts under your ownership rather than moving anything into ours.
We have worked together before, so this skips the credentials and the case studies and gets to the work and the numbers.
The audit is a fixed price, quoted from expected hours at our standard rate of $150/hr. We never take a cut of media budget, so a recommendation to cut spend costs us nothing.
Agents do the junior work: data pulls, first passes, repetitive checks. The audit method is ours and the judgement is ours, and nothing an agent produces reaches you before Brad or Robin has been through it.
Accounts stay in your name and we work in them on read access. The report is yours to keep and to share, including with another agency.
Brad and Robin do the work. Your account is not handed down to a junior or passed around a team, and the people on the call are the people doing it.
The audit is the whole engagement. Taking the findings and running them in house is a perfectly good outcome, and nothing in the report assumes you pick us to do the work.
We have room to start this month and we would like to. Send through read access when you are ready and we will get moving. If it is easier to talk it through first, we are happy to do that.
Let's get started
